Terms & Conditions:

• Accommodation will be reserved only on a requisition letter or e-mail (not orally or telephonically) from the members indicating clearly the date and time of occupation and vacation of the room.

• Confirmation from the Hon. Secretary of the Centre is to be obtained before arriving the Guest Room.

• The tariff applicable to members and non-members is different and strictly adhered to. The persons occupying the Guest Room will be entitled to concession, if he is a member of our IEI. Otherwise non-member charges will be levied. The names of persons for whom reservation is sought shall be given in the requisition.

• In case the members of IEI reserve the Guest Room but occupied by non-members the tariff as applicable to non-members will be charged.

• The Institution of Engineers (India), Andhra Pradesh State Center reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

• Photo Identity proof (Preferably IEI Photo ID Card otherwise Aadhar Card, Driving Licence, Pan Card or Departmental ID) of the occupant is a must and to be furnished while occupying the room for our office record.

• Payment of charges in total for the days booked should be sent in advance. If send by online, a sum of Rs.50/- has to be added to the tariff sum, being bank Intercity Charges, if applicable. Tariff once paid shall not be refunded or adjusted.

• The check out time is 24 hours.

• Our SBI SB A/c. No:52100090880 and IFS Code No:SBIN0020343 and Beneficiary Name : The Institution of Engineers (India)

Note : The office timings are Monday to Friday 10AM to 6PM and Saturday 10AM to 1PM. The office will remain closed on all sundays and according to NI ACT(Bank Holidays).
